What this surface is
Deck Lab is where target decks live. A target deck is a list you want
Pegasus to evaluate against your collection. Deck Lab handles creation,
editing, format selection, readiness display, and archival. It does
NOT include analysis (see Quick Analysis)
or versioning depth (see Deck versions) —
those are separate surfaces reached from within a deck.
Where to find it in the app
Navigate to /decks from the main nav. Lists every target deck with
its current readiness badges and last-edited timestamp.

Every deck shows three independent badges that answer different questions:

What would the missing cards cost at current prices?

A deck can be legal + unbuildable, buildable + over budget, or buildable +
fully owned but structurally fragile. No single badge means “this deck
is fine” — read all three.
